I had 4 major criteria when wallet shopping, and I couldn't believe how hard it was to find a wallet that met them all. I thought i'd find one in minutes but it took hours! My criteria: 1) made well (no super cheap zippers, no plastic credit card holder booklet - are you kidding me with those) 2) be slim and fit easily into the small pockets we suffer with on most women's jeans/pants 3) have small zipper area for coins (and for musicians like me, a spare pair of earplugs and a guitar pick!) 4) have an ID window for quick presentation Again, I didn't think this would be that hard, but so many wallets didn't have one of these things. they'd have a flap/button arrangement for the coin area - and that adds a lot of bulk. They'd have no ID window. They wouldn't have a separate place for cash and coins. They would be made so cheaply that half the reviews said the zipper broke in a week. They'd be too long or too fat for little jean pockets. So yeah I kept striking out and a friend told me to look up Big Skinny and I am SO GLAD I DID. The wallet meets all the criteria, seems very well made (the material is fairly indestructible and the stitching seems good). And, it fits in the tiny pockets on women's pants. I'm super happy with this wallet and recommend it to anyone who doesn't care about having a fancy leather designer thing and just wants something slim (it's only 1/2" thick even with cash and cards in it, a little more when i cram earplugs and guitar picks into it, but not much!). Some more benefits - the cash area is the perfect size - no need to fold bills, but not too long so cash will slip out easily - it's in there! Also, the credit card slots can all hold 2 cards easily, so the 6 slots available for cards really can be 10-12. It's also really easy to remove and replace cards in the slots too, but if i hold the wallet upside and shake it, they don't fall out either. It's freaking kicka$$. Fits everything that I had in my old bulkier wallet but more organized and thinner. I have 10 plastic cards and 5 paper/laminated cards in the wallet with plenty more room. There are two pockets I haven't even used yet! I can see where some people comment about the cards potentially falling out...or even dollar bills! I haven't had that issue yet, but it does cross my mind. I have at least two cards in each slot, so maybe that helps to keep them in better??? Or the fact that it's in my pocket??? Personally, I would feel better if the closure strapped across the long length of the cards/bills/open side of pocket instead of the short length of the cards/bills/closed side of pocket for security purposes, but so far, so good. Love that paper money has it's own place and I don't have to fold it up into the coin pocket. The coin pocket is plenty big for a small handful of change. I don't typically carry a purse, so this wallet is perfect for fitting into pockets...and especially women's pockets which tend to be much smaller. The wallet does get a little crinkled in the corners from having it in my pocket...sitting, standing, walking, etc...but is holding up very well otherwise! I would definitely buy again...especially if they listen to my review and come up with a wallet just as small that closes across the long length of the cards/bills/open side of the pockets. Received my Taxi-cat Bi-Fold wallet yesterday and like it very much so far. I was using a very nice smaller sized leather wallet that fit my needs but it was still bulkier than the Taxi-cat. I have small hands and this new wallet is so lightweight and slim it fits me much better. Currently have 7 cards in it; my drivers license, 2 gas cards, bank card, major credit card, AAA card and library card. It would hold more but I don't like a stuffed wallet and keep my store credit cards in a zippered pocket in my purse. The Ocean Blue color is very nice. The only reason I did not give this five stars is the coin section - it's too small to be of much use. I put my coins in a small change purse which just makes me carry something else in my purse. Oh, I did not notice any strong odor on my wallet; had to put it right up to my nose to notice any type of smell at all. Update 1/1/21: I am one of those people who still pay with cash more often than credit cards and I like everything about the slim wallet except that useless coin holder. Having to access a separate change purse is annoying so this isn't going to work for me unless I have a convenient pocket in my purse to keep the coins. From now on I will look for just that in any purses I buy. Read more

This is just the wallet I was looking for; slim, bifold with a pocket for bills, multiple cards slots and photo id window. Tiny change pocket is just the right size too.
