The media could not be loaded. The initial charge took about 2 hours. I've gotten a solid 3 weeks of almost daily use on a single charge. It's simple to put together. Fill the reservoir with water and place the nozzle part on and lock it with half a twist. A single push button gives you three spray options. Low, medium and high pressure. Press it a fourth time and it turns off. During use, it will automatically turn off when empty. Cleaning is simple. A quick wipe down and you're good to go. This portable Bidet has been working great as a little solution at home or travel, which I primarily use this for! It is more of a "one shot" deal as you use it once then need to refill for next use. Great for travel/cruises. Wish there were multiple bottles, because one isn't enough to take care of all the business. The water pressure isn't as great as a bidet toilet seat either, thus necessitating more water bottle refills to be available to get everything perfectly clean. If the toilet is next to a sink, it's more of an inconvenience to refill the bottle multiple times at a sitting, but gets the job done. If using in a public bathroom, there is some noise. Good luck bringing extra water in with you. This would be ideal for postpartum recovery...stream is gentle enough, and can warm the water up in a bottle warmer beforehand. To be honest, for almost 50 years I've been using cleaned out plastic soap dispensers for this purpose. I had hoped this device would somehow prove to be "better" but I found it to be unwieldy, and needs to be refilled too often. The -only- advantage it has over my previous approach is that perhaps it looks a little nicer but even that is debatable. I give in 3 stars because it does accomplish its intended function. It's nice in that even if it's on it doesn't spray water until it's at an appropriate angle but I only used it for a few days before I found I was happier going back to my plain plastic bottle. This portable bidet does a good job of providing a controlled, steady stream of cleansing water. The design of this handheld bidet is very simple and it's easy to use. The amount of water it holds is fairly small, but for portability that's probably preferred. This is an excellent travel tool if you're addicted to your bidet. It's easy to clean, works well and travels small. It seems well made and holds a charge for a long time. I was worried that it would be difficult to control the water stream, but it is very easy to operate and I don't experience any water splashing or spraying where I don't want it to go. I did not expect to come across a portable bidet at Amazon, and am so pleasantly surprised with this selection. I've always been a fan of bidets; have installed them in almost every dwelling. Seeing a portable option, I was highly intrigued, and just recently received the item. It is SO simple to use, you just fill it with water and push a button while holding it upside down. It does the cleaning for you - without you having to touch private parts. Pat dry, and you're fresh as out of shower. That's it. If you've never owned a bidet, this is a great tool to experience with and decide if you like it. It's made of non-porous material, looks and feels elegant, and easy to clean. Comes with a tip cover and a cloth travel bag. I did not even know something like this existed, but I am very impressed with it. It came ready to use, with enough charge that I haven't yet needed to plug it back in. It's nice that it doesn't require additional batteries, and not a huge device, fits easily in your bag. You can use warm water if desired. I am even considering to carry it when I know I will be away from home a while during the day. Read more
