Did not secure in shoe. Kept sliding from the heal side to the center of my foot. Gel compound too soft and did not support supinating feet. To be fair, not sure if weight played a factor, male 280lb but if so, it should be displayed. Other than this info given, I would not recommend given circumstances. First of all, this has very easy instructions. My daughter has I called it a crooked foot and it helps her to align her legs. It stays in place. It has self adhesive on the back and it’s easy to reposition if needed this works for men or women and you could even run in this. It supports a hill. The adhesive is very sticky.
