Not great
Does NOT tear easily as advertised. I always have to use my teeth, which isn’t even very effective, and always end up with a string on the opposite edge that doesn’t tear and shreds down the side of the roll. Adhesive is good, but will definitely not purchase again. Read more

Works great for stabilizing joints (ehlers danlos)
i have ehlers danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder. i constantly dislocate my hands and it sucks. there are ring splints out there but i found them too constraining and not always helpful for my hand. KT tape helps my body but i don’t want to cut it for my hands every time bc they hurt. so i tried boxing / jujitsu tape to stabilize my hands, going from wrist to finger tip, and it works great! since i’m wearing it on my hand i wanted something cute and these colors are wonderful for me. easy to use, i cut with scissors. it’s not water proof so washing hands fully will make it come off. but if i avoid water on the backs of my hands it stays on quite a long time and helps so much! much less dislocations and i like that i can change the colors.
