Great for storing heirlooms

Worth every penny
What I was looking for. Saving 2 scrapbooks from the late 1800's to 1950 for my husband's mom and grandmother. This is a well made box, impressive look and the color is just perfect. These scrapbooks fit in nicely- and with the acid free quality, I know they will last for a few more generations. Held a lotof weight, and nothing bowed or warped so far. Excellent box for storing longer length items!

Caution about internal size!
It arrived in good condition and seems like a quality product. The product was obviously returned because the bag was cut open and then taped shut. The only reason I deducted one star was because I am unable to use it for my intended purposes. Another poster said they stored 11x17 paper in this. That just isn't true or they must have a different box. The Internal measurements of the bottom are 11 3/4 by 16 1/2 inches. Nor can I use this for 12x12 scrapbook paper while I am designing layouts. Outside dimensions for the bottom are 17 x 12 inches. I may end up keeping it since it is a nice box, but I'm not sure of a purpose yet. Read more

Perfect for easy storage
I use these boxes to store my childrens' artwork and mementos each year. They're super long, so they're great for fitting the bigger pieces of art and they allow just enough room to save everything I should be saving (it keeps me from shoving everything in there and I purposefully keep only those items - artwork, photos, etc, that the children will want to see years from now). They aren't the cheapest, but they're great for stacking and look beautiful stacked on top of each other (I have a variety of colors)... In other words, they aren't yet another piece of plastic junk!
