Okay so the product itself is nice and thick with enough coverage for our large tank of hermit crabs that are outgrowing all of their hides. It looks natural and blends in with their other stuff in their tank. Packaging was great. Unfortunately, I'm assuming during the shipping process-it got broken. It must have really been manhandled during shipping because the seller had it wrapped pretty darn good(I included a pic of the packaging.) Thankfully it only broke into two pieces so it will hopefully be easy to fix once I'm able to get a new hot glue gun. Of course it's a huge bummer because I've been desperately needing a new hide for my big guys since they all try to fit in their tree stump hide. 😅 I haven't reached out to seller yet but will be doing so right after I post this and will update with the review if need be.
