Arrived 5 days earlier than expected. I was overwhelmed when opening the box as this was my first time assembling a chair. Turned out to be easy after started reading the instructions. It took me about 15-20 minutes to put parts together. This is the most expensive chair I have ever invested. The back support feature (it has a lot support and helped reduce my lower back pain) caught my attention and I really needed a comfortable chair for 8-9 hours seating each day. I got this chair and really like it. 1. Easy to assemble 2. Headrest is adjustable and comfortable 3. Lumbar works great for me 4. The wheels roll smoothly and are mar free After about 5 weeks the back just quit leaning back at all. I adjusted and re-adjusted to no avail. So I took it completely apart (the whole chair) added a tiny bit of grease on the spring and adjustment screw, then re-assembled it. Still won't lean back at all which is to bad because the rest of the chair is great. So if you want a great chair that won't let you lean back at all this is for you. Read more
