Strong cleaner that knocks out any biological messes. Bought it because I could still smell the dog accidents in the house. Every other cleaner and peroxide i used "masked" the scent but this stuff actually destroyed it. Hubby tried it in a vehicle he was cleaning that had blood on the headliner and it disappeared, along with other dirt, with a quickness. Light clean scent but slightly irritating if you're not in a well ventilated area. No residue left behind, not a strong odor/scent. I then tried it on my work clothes and a little goes a long way. I used to go to my janitorial supply to purchase “Liquid Alive”, which also was a great enzyme cleaner - smelled good also. When I finished it, saw on Amazon their enzyme cleaner and thought I would try. It works wonderfully and I know I will be ordering it again. Just as a “heads up”, on any cleaner being used on urine stains in carpet, especially those that have set in, still in most ways remain. This cleaner by Amazon does remove smells, cleans normal carpeted areas, can lift immediate urine stains and is an excellent cleaner for other household projects. It performs well, is concentrated and a great value and having it being delivered by Amazon is a plus! Read more

I absolutely love this stuff. I just adopted 2 kittens and we had a few accidents. So I was looking for something that really gets that cat pee smell out of stuff and not harsh on the lungs. This product is worked beyond my expectations - it removed the smell and yellow stain out of a white towel. I clean my whole house with it and use a little in my laundry. I usually clean with a disinfectant first and follow up with the Bioda, however, it's effective by itself. Also, a little bit of this product goes a long way. I really loved BioKleans/Bac OUT. This has more smell it, which at first is not bad but if you are there spraying and cleaning for a bit you will start to notice it, and it can start feeling "strong". The CLEANING ability I would say is pretty good, similar to bac outs/biokleans. I didn't let it sit for too long, I was in a quick cleaning mode, and it picked up some nasty crap pretty well. This is cheaper then the other, which is good. There's pro and cons, but If you want more scent that I'd say this, but if you are not sure of scents maybe try the other one. But if you want a cheaper one then this is the one to go for. I think Bioklean was like $10 more atleast (I've been trying to figure out how to get it again, it used to be on chewy but not anymore.)
