So I flipped this earring so the flat labret back is in the front because I have a piercing bump, and I know it will help flatten it, and the tiny push in is on the back. OMG, no hair snagging at ALL. Nothing touches it. This was my biggest issue. Everything would snag on my earring and it was causing pain and getting my piercing infected. Very discreet and perfect for professional jobs that don’t permit ear piercings. I found that I liked them better and were easier to insert when I wore them backwards. They are difficult to insert because the backs are extremely small and clear but once you get a technique down, it's not as hard. Read more
