This stuff really works! I am almost 65 years old. I just got back from my first dental appointment after using taking a BioGaia Prodentis mint tablet every night after brushing my teeth. It was the best check-up I've had in many years. Quick, not painful, and my dental hygienist said my teeth and gums looked a lot better, "Just keep doing what you're doing." She also said my oral health is now much better than most people my age. I'm not saying you won't need to floss (I water floss once a day, brush twice with an electric tooth brush), but this new, big, improvement was after I was already doing those things. My wife had terrible issues with dry mouth, fuzzy teeth, and bad morning breath. She has had none of those problems since using this product. They can't be easier to use. Just pop one in your mouth before bedtime and you are good. As far as the claims for gut health, she notices no difference, but then she had no gut issues before. I purchased this product because our dental hygienist recommended them. My wife missed a couple of cleanings and the result was she required a scaling to properly clean her teeth. Our hygienist always transcends our expectations with her knowledge so when she recommended this item I did not hesitate to order them, I am heavy into supplements and have been for more than 30 years but never heard of an Oral probiotic. This pill dissolves in your mouth so it is important to refrain from drinking anything after taking it so it can stay in your mouth. Our hygienist recommends after brushing your teeth at night is best because it has all night to work. My wife resumed her regular cleanings and our hygienist could not be more pleased with the healthy appearance of her gums. I also take them even though it was not recommended for me but when it comes to my health and already being an avid supplement user I decided to add this to my regimen. The is is amazing! Better than any mouthwash to keep that all day fresh feeling and my plaque level reduced significantly with bo other changes (dame sonicare toothbrush and flossing routine). Dentist recommended these, so it'll take time to see if I notice any changes to digestion and gums. I love that they dissolve and you can just leave it in your mouth without having to chew or swallow a pill.
