I have Sjogren's syndrome and tried every artificial tear on the market. Hands down these are the best artificial tears made. The sealed foil packs consist of four single-use vials of artificial tears in a "secret" gas mixture. There is something about that gas mixture that make these tears so much better than the rest on the market. What is nice is the vials are designed in a way that you can use them more than once the same day by twisting the cap back on to the vial. This is an absolutely necessary product to counteract dry-eye symptoms. My wife prefers the preservative-free version since it is gentler on the eyes. Please, Amazon, keep stocking Bion Tears since it is increasingly difficult to find it elsewhere. Read more

I was very happy to find this product on Amazon. I am no longer able to find this in the stores and I was in panic mode!! I have an auto immune disorder and this is the only thing that gives me immediate relief of the dry eye pain and irritation. (including prescription gtts. that I have used.) I always keep at least 2 boxes ahead...wish I could order by the case!! The best non-preservative drops I have found, and I have tried several. Read more

I have a chronic dry eye condition and along with prescription eye drops I have to use preservative free over the counter eye drops as well. Bion Tears is the only over the counter product that works for me. Thank you Amazon! Read more

The only reason I didn't give the item 5stars is that it comes in single use viles as opposed to a small bottle. Simply from an environmental standpoint. So far the solution is doing as advertised. I found the item on Amazon, of course, and it comes in a variety of number of viles you can get depending on what your need is. I'll order it again. Read more
