I have Sjogren's syndrome and tried every artificial tear on the market. Hands down these are the best artificial tears made. The sealed foil packs consist of four single-use vials of artificial tears in a "secret" gas mixture. There is something about that gas mixture that make these tears so much better than the rest on the market. What is nice is the vials are designed in a way that you can use them more than once the same day by twisting the cap back on to the vial. I was very happy to find this product on Amazon. I am no longer able to find this in the stores and I was in panic mode!! I have an auto immune disorder and this is the only thing that gives me immediate relief of the dry eye pain and irritation. (including prescription gtts. that I have used.) The only reason I didn't give the item 5stars is that it comes in single use viles as opposed to a small bottle. Simply from an environmental standpoint. So far the solution is doing as advertised. I found the item on Amazon, of course, and it comes in a variety of number of viles you can get depending on what your need is. I'll order it again. Read more
