Because my wife has Sjogren's Syndrome, her mouth is extremely dry and very sensitive. Most toothpastes burn her mouth. Biotene toothpaste does not burn her mouth. The mint taste is mild. It cleans her teeth and gums. The fluoride provides additional protection. She recommends it to anyone with dry and / or sensitive mouths. Read more

I have been using it for years. It’s much cheaper here than most grocery stores. And that’s if you can find it. I get dry mouth from my prescriptions and this helps tremendously. I recommend this product to anyone who has this issue. Good stuff! Read more
