I absolutely love this brand/product for my thick, course hair that tends to be dry and frizzy. I switched from an expensive brand due to scalp irritation and wanting something without phalates, etc.. This shampoo/conditioner leaves my scalp feeling clean for days, no itching and it drastically reduced frizziness, leaving my hair incredibly soft. I have used very little oil or leave in conditioner after switching from expensive salon products. I will continue to buy this brand. Read more
So here is the story I just recently dyed my hair and it did some damage. So I saw this when I looking up Biolage shampoo and conditioner it was pretty similar to it. This morning took a shower my hair felt very clean it feel really healthy non greasy the moisturizer level towards my hair feels amazing. I am writing this review because people need to know what this shampoo DOES NOT HAVE. DMDM. This ingredient is found in so many of the products that touches our skin. From shampoo to conditioners to body washes, deodorants, hairsprays ect. This DMDM will cause progressive itching to your cleanly washed hair, and then down over your body to make you itch. WE think it is dry skin but it is this ingredient that is causing this crazy itching. After you use it for awhile, your hair will start to fall out. This shampoo, Biotera, was suggested as one of the best hair products that DO NOT have this DMDM in it. It is a wonderful shampoo that doesn't strip your hair. And it is affordable. I found a bunch of my products had this DMDM in them. The itching chased me to the doctor to find out why I was itching so bad. It was the DMDM in them. Throw that stuff away and get this shampoo. The majority of your itching will go away. Also, check your animal shampoo, as it will cause the poor dog to itch his skin off. Check all the products that you put on your pets. Also, just because it isnt in your usual shampoo, you will find it within the same brand. Like Fruitis Garner, and Head and Shoulders I found it in one type of shampoo from them but not in all. This stuff smells AMAZING and its a ton of product for the price. I would compare this to biolage products, I love it so much. I used to use drug store shampoo and conditioner but I never looked back once I found this. It makes my hair smell super good and its healthier than ever. Read more
