I love this bird feeder camera and so do my birds!! Easy to connect to and get set up. Holds a decent amount of seeds and creates endless entertainment. Would recommend this product to anyone! Customer service is also spectacular. I was helped by one of their representatives named Deer who was very helpful. The squirrels ran off with and chewed the wire for the solar panel but since the feeder was still within warranty they got me a replacement quickly. Thanks again Deer! Read more

The Harymor Bird Feeder with camera is an excellent product. It was easy to assemble and activate the software. The picture quality is surprisingly good given that the unit is on the far side of the back yard. Love seeing the birds so closeup. The Harymor support team, in particular Yilia, are outstanding. When I contacted them to see if they sold the solar panel seperately, since squirrels ate through the cable, I was told that it might be under warranty and that they would send me a new panel free of charge. I'll give it 4 stars. It works very well, great price, good build, good video, good range and very adjustable. No complaints there. The AI however is very basic and needs work and that's what you pay for. It's good at detecting species but what you'll find is the alarm / motion detection goes off constantly for the same birds over and over. I have a ton of Carolina Chickadees and Tufted Titmouse around here and they come in to feed one after the other. Ok, I don't need hundreds of videos or alarms for the same bird. The app should have settings to exclude specific birds once identified so you only pick up species you haven't captured yet. You can turn the motion detection off and just watch the feed but then it won't capture anything new. The other thing it need is a new updated skill to work with Alexa so you can stream the feed to a smart TV. There is one out there but it doesn't work at all. Read more

I got the Harymor Bird Feeder Camera for my daughter for Christmas, and we both are absolutely loving it—it’s been such fun watching and identifying birds from our porch. PRO TIP: Make SURE to get the app!!! We didn't do it in the beginning and got some footage but the app is so worth it. My daughter and i can share it and see the same birds. The camera captures amazing photos of every bird that visits, and we’ve now enjoyed watching 11 different species—including one persistent little House Finch who’s visited 113 times! He’s clearly a fan. We love that the system tracks visits and identifies each bird automatically. It’s a bird lover’s dream. Unfortunately, squirrels chewed through the wired connection recently. My daughter reached out to customer support to see if we could buy a new cord, and we were honestly blown away. Yilia from the support team responded promptly and kindly, and she didn’t just help—she went above and beyond. She offered to send a whole new replacement feeder and camera set with priority shipping at no cost—and told us to keep the original. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days.
