I have only used one time since purchasing. I followed the directions but it seemed too thin so I added more powder, wrong thing to do. Following the directions even if it seems to thin. It will thicken up a lot when cooling. The flavor is good and I will continue to find uses in my recipes for this. Read more

This is pure corn starch, with coloring, it is better to make a pastry cream, with eggs, milk, sugar and corn starch than to use this product, which in a very personal opinion, as I have said, is pure corn starch with coloring. Besides, its taste is horrible, it doesn't even remotely resemble a good pastry cream, so forget about buying this product, it's going to disappoint you. Do yourself a favor and look for something of higher quality since this is not going to give you the result you want apart from the fact that its flavor, as I mentioned, is horrible. But hey, this is my opinion, you will decide whether or not you want to buy it, but I warn you that you will be disappointed, to such a degree that you will lose your money and throw away the product. Of course each person is different and maybe there is someone who likes its flavor or its quality but as far as I am concerned, this product does not serve as a cream or whatever you want to use it for.
