Bought to replace an older Bissell model. Wanted something easy for my dad to use because he has mobility issues. This is nice and lighter weight than my older model. Cord is good length and easy to wrap up. I wanted the handle to unlock and use as the extender to suck up vs the kind that you have to undo and add the extender pieces yourself. This is much easier to just hit the button and unlock the handle to then use as you need. No more bending over and struggling and also having to worry about the extra pieces having to lock in and take apart. It's an ease of use convenience. I like having the lights on the front to see messes or under furniture. Has great suction. Not too loud. Easy to dump full canister. Locks in easy as well. It's much more fluid to push it having the swivel feature so you can easily maneuver around objects. Totally worth the price. Read more

Just got the vacuum today and set it up which was quite easy to do. Used in on carpet and floor in kitchen. did a great job and used the pet too on the furniture. Got all the hair off both couch and chair. The vacuum isn't loud and quite easy to use. I love the swivel head and emptying the dirt out was easy. Am quite pleased with the vacuum and attachments. Suction was quite good also. Am glad I replaced my old Eureka that wasn't picking up hair, dirt as well as I thought it was considering what the Bissell picked up today. Read more

At first, I feel in love with this vacuum immediately. There are lights on the front bottom that are amazing to help you see what you need to vacuum, my husband and I love that. The suction was so strong on carpet, it took some effort to move but that's THE BEST PART! The assessors are really nice too, I use the brush for my kitchen barstools and I use the pet head for my stairs. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the kitchen floor setting (non carpet) doesn't always pick up crumbs on the first try, somethings I have to do it a couple times which isn't the end of the world, it just adds time to my cleaning. It's lightweight (easy to get up and down stairs) and the extendable arm really makes things easy in hard to reach places. I really do love this vacuum. It leaves excellent little lines in your carpet, like a tight comb, and again, I love that. Maybe not for everyone, but it's great to me. Read more

Just got my BISSELL vacuum, tried it right away and OMG let me tell you that it is the best vacuum I ever used! I had many vacuums different brands, but this one made my 2 Dyson's look like kids toys! We have a 2-bedroom condo and after the first use the whole tank was full! Non of my other vacuums filled their tanks that full ever! (I am cleaning evey week) I am doing my own nails, so the dust is all over my room, and this vacuum is the only one that actually sucked it all in! When I turned it on I instantly fell the suctionton to the floor through carpeting. And the vacuum cleaner itself is very light. Also LED lights are super useful! And they were not joking about their hair suctionton system: both me and my husband have long hair and after the cleaning there were non of our hair on the brush - it all went in! My husband noticed that our floors look cleaned and brighter. In conclusion I would say that this vacuum can suck in all your sins and clean your soul, LOL 🤣 Read more

This vacuum sucks!!! In a good way. The tank is a little smaller (approximately 1 quart of debrise volume) than expected, how the overall performace of it outshines my previous vaccum (which was a bagless bissell from like 2010). Definitely super easy to put together. Love how the vaccum's handle is also the arm attachment. Super easy to clean with. I did receive a defective model the first time I ordered, but was able to easily return the defective product as an exchange through Amazon. The defective model had an issue with the lock mechanism where the vacuum would not lock to stand on its own. Probably not good for high-capacity needs, but an excellent high powered vacuum for a one to two bedroom apartment. I bought this for my boyfriend's apartment to replace his old worn down bissell. I have used bissell dust-busters and have the like $400 bissell pet-vac at my place. The results of this model are equal to that of the pet vac, the biggest discrepancy between the two is this one is smaller capacity. I got it on sale for cyber Monday for ~$99 and would say its definitely worth it. Read more

Very nice vacuum for it's size. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone needing a smaller machine. I like the weight. It doesn't pull on me. I vacuums well on floor and carpet Read more

The vacuum is sturdy but heavy. The cord length is about 30 feet ft. and I like the auto rewind. The tools that come with it are good to use for removing pet hair on couches and stairways and the crevice tool can be used for dusting and getting into tight corners. The suction power is good on all floors. The vacuum parts should be cleaned at least once a week because they get dirty. Doing this will lengthen the life of the vacuum. The design is a little bit awkward until you get used to it. Overall, the vacuum is easy to use. Read more
