Not only did my carpet NOT feel or look cleaner after I used the suggested amount the lavender smell didn't help with the smell of a now dirty wet carpet because the lavender lasts for a few hours so I decided to just use some dawn dish soap and now my carpet looks, feels, and smells great. Our house has 2 small (13 lb each) puppy mill rescue dogs and 3 adopted cats. My husband and I both have cat allergies, so keeping up on cleaning is a must in our house. If you're looking for a good deep cleaning carpet solution, this DEFINITELY is NOT it. It makes the carpet smell great, so it might be ok for weekly light use, but it doesn't get real dirt, grime, & stains out. I recommend using Bissell Deep Clean Plus Oxy because it makes the carpet look like new. Our new shampooer works miles better than our old one, but this solution falls short of matching it's cleaning capabilities. Don't waste your money. It's cheaper to buy the plus oxy anyway. Read more

I bought this because it had so many relevant and good reviews. I have a dog and a cat. I have used this carpet shampoo at least 3 times in the past month. I have a new carpet cleaning machine too. I have to say if you want to remove odors, don’t use this. It didn’t work for pet urine. Made it smell different but not better. Each time I’ve used it I have had to follow up with dilute bleach to get the smell out of the carpet. Read more

I bought the small green portable bissel upholstery cleaner and when I got this, the sticker said it’s for upright only?! Why don’t they make the product universal? It cost me time and money and I’m so irritated! If I use this will it mess up my brand new machine? Very confusing Read more
My bottle has a huge leak in it and half the product is gone. Please send a replacement bottle. I did wonder why the bottom of the carton was all wet, guess that was the reason The leak is in the inside bottom of the handle of the bottle. Guess it was a bad seam. Read more
