Can fit two water bottles on the side and you can adjust the size with the bungie cord. Straps are padded and adjustable. I received the product in good condition and got what I ordered. The backpack has a front pocket, main pocket, and a back pocket. It also has two side pockets for water bottles. The front pocket is a simple pocket with a single zipper. It works fine. The main pocket has two zipper tabs, which is better. The main pocket has a small, padded divider that seems sturdy. I use it to keep file folder separate from the rest of the contents. The divider is short and only allows for an inch or two of thickness. The back pocket is flat and on the back, so I didn't find it useful for much. It is too small for a a standard sheet of paper. The backpack material is slick and sturdy. The straps are padded for over 12 inches before reaching standard plastic strap connectors. There is no chest connector. Read more

Daughter got this for school. Very good size. Not too big and not too small. Fits her macbook, lunch, sweatshirt, a few books and a folder. Has very roomy side pockets for sunglasses and water and a front pocket that holds her keys, makeup etc. The creamy eggshell color is nice and the fabric is smooth, but not shiny and cheap looking.
