Overall we are happy with he purchase. We bought two to go over a long dining room table. It was not hard to assemble. We had an electrician put it up and he did not have any difficulties. I give it high marks for how well packaged it was. They arrived with no damage. We were looking at other options that were higher priced. The others we saw came in black/gold or black/silver but not the black/wood look of this one. Nobody will look at this and think that it is anything other than faux painted wood but it looks nice. The light fixture is great. Exactly as pictured. I would give it 5 stars, but the light length from ceiling cannot be adjusted without drilling and welding to retro fit. If you are hanging this in a hallway, make sure your ceilings are 9' +. If not, anyone over 6' is going to hit their head. Read more
