Returned this item. That’s enough said, but as for why … I should have read more reviews, but I thought having a milk frothing head on something that didn’t require constant charging would be nice. But the frothing head is too big to actually agitate the milk in a concentrated area, which is necessary to froth milk. The pepper grinder didn’t have enough power to actually grind very much, and the motor would heat up to a point that it could no longer be held. The slots to add peppercorns / salt crystals are only 1cmx1.5cm and have a flap that covers them only a couple mm larger which means you need a funnel to fill, but funnels that fit in the slot don’t allow peppercorns / salt crystals to easily pass through (so, filling becomes a ONE-BY-ONE adventure). Whisking egg whites took as long as whisking by hand. The immersion blender was similarly slow and not effective in thicker or chunkier soups / sauces. The cordless option seems like a good idea, but since it sits on the charging stand constantly it is already warm every time you grab it to use, which means it only continues to heat while in use. Love the can opener, but bought this for the grinder, immersion, and chopper options. Unfortunately that grinder will burn up the motor before you can grind enough pepper for anything! Sad because that and the wine bottle opener are useless to me Read more
I bought this to make life easier for Thanksgiving this year. I host and thought this would help me and my family (husband and grown children) with the food prep/baking. It was great having a hand mixer that was cordless that I could use while someone else was using the other hand mixer and the stand mixer. This was the first Thanksgiving where I didn't end up mixing something by hand. Read more
