I’ll be honest, I haven’t always been consistent with taking a multivitamin but determined to be more consistent with my regimen. So far: ✔️ Taste: I like it. I am always telling my co workers to try these vitamins. I haven’t had to call off sick yet for a cold or flu (knock on wood)🪵 . I am on my third bottle and I feel like this gave me all the nutrients I need as a black girl. They taste great, and not too sticky like some gummies I’ve had. They are small so it’s easy to take two. I would love a sugar free option just because I am watching my sugar (I’m not diabetic but both sides of my family are so I’m trying to be proactive).
