However, the customer service totally made up for it—Even after the warranty period, they assured me they could help me replace the light source with a new one. I chose these for my master bathroom to replace what the builder installed decades ago. Easy to install. The LED light tubes fit snugly when twisting them into the base. Go slow so you don't cross-thread them. I purchased more for the rest of my bathrooms after seeing how nice they looked. Read more
I have had two shipments of these lights and both did not work properly. The first one that arrived had one working tube and the other would not light up. I processed an exchange, and the replacement worked well for a few weeks. Conveniently, now that I am outside of the return window, the replacement light doesn't work (both tubes) and I'm stuck with it since it's past the 30 days. I think it must be this particular size, because I have three other versions of these lights throughout my house and those all work perfectly fine and look nice.
