Takes two people about an hour to assemble. Lights only reach halfway across top shelf.
So far we've only been sleeping on this for about two months and what sleep we get is great. Assembly was much easier than the previous bed we had and took two people a little more than one hour. The instructions for installation aren't always clear, but the diagrams are. The frame is poweder coated metal and the legs get bolted on. We have checked all bolts about a month in and the have not loosened at all. The bed is sturdy and the mattress has not once shifted from the frame. The part I don't like are the lights. According to the diagram these are supposed to be installed on each end of the top shelf. There are only enough lights for half the shelf. It's fixable but I haven't bothered with it yet. We only had the light on once to make sure it works. The bed has an electrical double outlet and two USB charging ports on the top shelf. The ports charge reliably but slowly and both outlets work. Bed frame
The bed frame was easy to assemble and looked good once set up. It feels sturdy overall, and I liked the design for the price. However, one of the main support bars snapped and is no longer connected to the feet of the frame. That’s a pretty important part of the structure, so it was disappointing. Because of that, the bed doesn’t feel as secure as it should, and I’m concerned about long term durability. If the support bar hadn’t broken, I would’ve rated this higher. It’s okay for now, but I wouldn’t fully trust it for heavy use. Read more
