This dress feels buttery soft on your skin and is super comfortable to wear. There is a decent amount of stretch, but it’s running small. My normal size is XS or S, and I’m wearing a medium comfortably. If you want it to be loose, I’d go up a size or two. It's a pretty enough black dress. If you have a perfect body, or use a body shaping undergarment, I think it would look great. On its own I don't think it's the most flattering dress. The fabric of this dress is beyond disappointing it's see-through and made out of the cheap jersey material you could see the seams on my underwear through this dress because of how thin the fabric was. This is thinner than most of my nightgowns and not at all appropriate to wear out of the house. This is a terrible value for the money as the fabric is beyond cheap. The shape is his pictured but that's truly about all you're getting well the fabric is soft it's like a t-shirt that resembles a formal dress. Nice little black dress that you can incorporate into any wardrobe. Simple elegant style. Flattering fit. I’m 5’8” and it comes down almost to my knee. Fitted style. I will say it is rather thin. In low light situations you may be able to get away with it but in office lighting or in daylight, you will need a slip or layering of some sort to cover your under garments. This dress is just alright. Nothing special. The quality is average, material is just a normal cotton. In the photo it shows the dress like it could work for nice events but I would not think this could pass for dressy due to the fabric. It's also not particularly flattering because a thin cotton shows any dimples or bulges. The neck detail is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. The dress runs a little small so I would definitely size up. My mom is 5'2" 128 lb and 34C. She's between small and medium and she got medium which fit like a glove. Read more
