REPLACEMENT HAD SAME DEFECT ISSUE: THE GASKET AROUND THE BLADE CAP CAME OFF AFTER A COUPLE OF USES WITH A THIN MILK SMOOTHIE HOPE IT WORKS OUT BETTER FOR YOU The product is well worth the price. It is powerful and chopped ice very quickly in the smoothie. My disappointment is that I’ve had it less than a month and the rubCber seal that fits inside a track of the blade cap has become loose and falls off. I tried putting it back in the track, but it’s not holding so I’ll probably have to return it and order another one. I like that it has pulse and 2 speeds. Read more
