Functional rain hoody to keep your head dry, stylish.
You may get this for a cyberpunk costume but it does function to keep the rain off of your head and the mask/scarf is useful for relatively short spurts like avoiding dust or grass while on foot. The mask part is tightened with a ribbon. Read more
