So sad I have to return it because my state doesn’t allow these anymore but this is cute, well made, sturdy and comes with extra pieces in case a jewel or 2 falls off. I got this for my husband car. I wanted the bling, but I didn’t want it to be too feminine. It accomplished just that even with it being black and color. This looks so cute on my car. My car is black so I got the red one. It was easy to install and it doesn't cover the state or plate number. Frames are illegal in my state if they cover the pertinent information. I noticed some people complaining about the little blingy screw caps. They do fit. You have to put the screws in the rubber washer thingies before you screw on the plate frame so that they cover around the screws and the screws are in the washers. The washers should be hollow side up like a bowl around the screw heads. Then the caps just snap onto the washer thingies. You really have to press. I promise it completes the look! I love the way the frame glitters in the lights at night or in the sun. Read more
