Didn’t stick to the shoe!
I was very happy w the way they provide arch support while wearing my high heels. However, they didn’t stick to my shoes and came off when I was dancing :). Read more
Simple and very practical.
It took me a few adjustments to place it accurately to match my arch but after that I can feel the difference. My favorite work shoes agave flat insole and my knees and ankles would hurt after walking in them all day. Since I’ve add these in, I have travelled in them all day a couple of times and felt like I was in my fav running shoes. Read more
Not sticky
Bought these for my new tennis shoes to add more arch support. They do not stick. I got one side to feel good, but could not get the other one to stick in place to get it aligned to my arch. They probably would have been comfortable if they would have stayed in place. Read more
Excellent solution
This pair of arch inserts worked! I do stick them directly to the arch area on the foot, under my socks. Two days and the pain on the heel was gone. When you wash them the sticky part gets restored. Great, solution and cheap too. Read more
No arch support
Nearly flat with nearly zero arch support. But they are very soft and have a sticky side to help keep them in place but if you're looking for actual arch support buy a different product. Read more
