I'm a side sleeper that wanted this to support my hips at night cause it was putting unneeded pressure on my lower back come morning. The morning after the first night I used it I woke up with no lower back pain or stiffness at all, so I guess you could say it works. Good value and very comfortable. Yes you can just use a pillow, which is what I used to use, but this is a lot less bulky, more comfortable, and stays in place much better. Read more
