Blistex Medicated Lip Balm is a great topical remedy for dry lips. I use it as a base coat underneath lipstick. It's best to apply daily in cold weather as a moisturizer rather than trying to treat cracked lips or cold sores. For best results I re-apply after brushing my teeth and before bed. Read more
