I rate this item 4 because of the way the seller packs it for shipping creates creases in the leather. I was able to get the creases out with a leather conditioner. Consequently it was several days before I could use the tote. Otherwise, the tote is beautiful, well-constructed, looks exactly like it appears online, and I have gotten several compliments for it.
