This flavor is great and I enjoyed putting it in my water each day and there was a noticable difference in how I felt. I definitely think it helps with mental sharpness and just feeling physically stronger. However, this product made me gain a lot of water weight due to the creatine pulling water into your muscles. I gained 4.5-5 pounds of water weight while using this and I thought that it would eventually go away if I kept using it but it didn't. I stuck with it for nearly 2 months but once I stopped using this creatine it took about 10 days for me to fully shed the additional water weight and I feel so much better and lighter not carrying that extra weight around. I do miss the mental sharpness and feeling of being strong but I couldn't handle the water weight. Read more
