I pack my weight on around belly (UHG, PCOS...) and this is such a flattering bathing suit for making me feel comfortable with my body at the pool. I also appreciate the skirt for days where I may not have had a perfect shave. The slitted style of the skirt adds a little extra flare making this a more stylized option compared to the normal, frumpy skirted suits. I’m not really a person who loves to wear bathing suits. We just moved into our home and had a pool built in. So now we will be swimming more. I have only owned one other bathing suit, which is the shorts and tank type of bathing suit that you buy in the stores. I was a little iffy on this on how it would fit, but it ended up fitting really good. It can be flattering on a more curvier woman and comfortable at the same time so that’s great! I’m not small and some suits may not fit well or look good on, but this one did. When you swim, the skirt will float up a little bit, but it doesn’t take away from anything with the suit. It has held up in the wash nicely and so far still in great shape. It is true to size so I would go with your normal size. There is some stretch but not much.
