I’m surprised and impressed with this bathing suit. The bottoms are mid to high waisted and they cover what they need to but still have a flattering cut. As a postpartum mom, the tummy control is crucial for me and this hits the mark. The leg holes are not the weird high cut that is popular now and hot in just the right spot to show off some skin but keep the hips smooth. The top is also such a great fit, which is hard to find for me. I usually need a larger top than bottom but this top is actually cut with ample room for my chest AND the straps in the back are tailored to show skin without exposing any rolls. I feel completely secure in the top but still sexy, which can be hard to do after kids. There’s a little extra material in the stomach that I think is for ruching. It’s a little loose on me but it feels so comfortable. Overall would definitely recommend this suit. I usually wear a 10/12 and 36DD. XL fit perfect. Read more

Haven't worn this yet, as 'tis not the season..... but it's pretty and I like the feel of the material and the different colors in the straps and along the edges of the top and the bottoms - (they look creased as I just took them out of their packaging). They describe the bottoms as being shorts, but certainly not shorts that I'm familiar with, more like underwear bottoms. They are definitely not bikini size, which is good. The ties at the back of the top might be a challenge to do up yourself, but then, that's what boyfriends are for, right? Ha ha. Worst-case scenario, just tie the straps a little loose before putting the top on. For my part, I will be wearing this at the pool where I live, so it's certainly not a deal breaker. This tankini is so pretty. The colors are bright and vibrant. The fabric is stretchy yet soft with flawless stitching. The cut of both the top and bottom are attractive but not too revealing. For a swimsuit of this quality with tummy control I have historically paid two to three times more than the cost of this suit. The built in shelf bra is adequately supportive. It fits true to size. Really cute suit that holds the girls in nice and snug and extra room in tummy area. I love the color block! The bottoms have enough coverage without looking like grandma bottoms. I ordered the size small and it is snug, but I like my suits on the snug size because when they get wet they loosen up a bit. The chest area doesn't have any extra room and I'm only a 36C so if you are bigger than me (you lucky lady) then you will want to size up. I am 5'4 & 143lbs. I love the crisscross back because I always have trouble with regular nonadjustable ones falling off my shoulders, but with this design I can go water-skiing or any other activity without worrying about anything falling out. This tankini is fantastic! I am 5'3.5" and 155 lbs, and I got the XL. It fits wonderfully. The top accentuates my favored features nicely without being tacky. It is supportive, which is a must for me, and it does a nice job of camouflaging my tummy. I always have a hard time with bottoms because most of my extra flesh goes out, not back, so I find that many swimsuit bottoms are too tight around my hips but loose around my bum. Not this one! Size down, overall the chest has decent support (I will not say it’s super firm, it’s more medium)… I love the color scheme, the black is slimming, but you still get the pop-up of color in the trim. The leg hole circumference is generous, but not overly large, which I appreciate. A complaint I have with most bathing suits is the small leg hole, that ends up cutting into the thighs and creating a kind of ‘cut-off’ look. The strap length is easy to adjust. Read more
