The frame is cute and comes with a card and blue light to demonstrate its effectiveness. This light appears to block blue light when you shine it through the lens onto the card. Unfortunately, it applies pressure to my temples, making it uncomfortable after a few minutes. That's why I haven't worn them for long periods; I can't confirm reduced eye fatigue because I end up with a headache from the pressure instead. For the price, though, they are great—assuming you have a narrow to normal-sized head. Read more
