Got this for my husband’s boss bday. He enjoyed it. As it is not mine I do not know how well it is holding up but it seemed like normal great quality. I just wish the mug itself was bigger. I guess it’s normal diner mug size, but all my own coffee cups are larger than this one. Especially due to the saying. If you’re going to say you’re a “boss” and “crushing it” you want to have a good size to back it up so you can use it and not just have it for display because when you go to reach for a coffee cup you (despite the cute saying) reach for a different one because the size is just not there. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Not so much quality but from the design aspect. Other than that, I absolutely love the quote and if I was still managing a coffee shop I would get it for myself as well as my coffee shop managing peers. I bought this as a christmas gift for my boss. However, the day before christmas eve, he called and yelled at me so much for something (I didn't do) that I cried.
