Update: I decided to try these for a couple of days, if you get anything like joint pain, a i - says glutathione may play a role in breast pain, levels in primary breast tumors were more than twice the levels found in normal breast tissue, try stopping it a few days. Research on glutathione yourself first before deciding if this dosage is ok. I had to stop using after a few days due to my symptoms following two days of use. I am not certain yet on performance of the product as I ordered this hair skin nails formula by mistake, what I really wanted to order was : Bluebonnet Nutrition Beautiful Ally Keratin Care, Beauty Nutrient, Best for Hair, Strengthen and Revitalize Hair*, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Milk Free. I hope Beautiful Ally Keratin Care becomes available again. That formula worked, it literally worked. I ordered it 8 times 8 months or more. My hair became thicker at the roots and people commented on it. If you want to run your hand over your scalp and feel it super thick, Beautiful Ally Keratin Care would have done it at least it did for me. After being off Beautiful Ally Keratin Care 5 months the hair began to fall out again. The shorter new growth it now falling, so I want this company to put Beautiful Ally Keratin Care back on the market. My Advice: You should research Cynatine HNS. Search for the pub med articles on its effectiveness. The key ingredient in Bluebonnet Nutrition Beautiful Ally Keratin Care was 500mg CYNATINE HNS (supplying 300 soluble keratin) plus Trans Resveratrol Biotin and vitamin A . (Note the amount 500mg and 300mg if you want results in less than 8 months, go find products with Cynatine HNSat least 500mg) Look for that ingredient, because Beautiful Ally Keratin Care was a great formula with the resveratrol in it and not a lot of other vitamins in it you don't need if like me you take other multi vitamins with vit A zinc etc. in it. Great for aging thinning hair! Also try to remember what it is called because in your previous orders area it is hard to find it in the search field unless you type the word Keratin Beautiful Ally Keratin Care. I ordered the other version Hair Skin and Nails by mistake I could not recall the name of the formula with HNS This Hair Skin Nails has less soluble keratin at 50 mg and does not mention Cynatine Hns on the label at all.
