(Original Review Below) UPDATE: I'm making a significant update to my original review. In my original review, I complained about erratic, static-filled bluetooth signals. After another few weeks, I do not believe the speaker is the cause of this. I've had multiple instances in the last few weeks where I had the same static pop up on both earbuds and in my car, and after doing some more research found that this was an issue people were reporting regarding a software update on my phone model. I DO believe the bluetooth receiver in the speaker is at least somewhat weaker than others, because the problem definitely occurs MORE often on the Bohini speaker than other bluetooth devices, but I don't think the problem originates from the speaker. I'm upgrading my rating from 2-4 stars accordingly. I'm leaving one star off because another issue has popped up with the speakers battery not charging well. I will leave the unit plugged in almost all the time, so the battery should be fully charged, but I will get the low-battery tones after 15-20 minutes if I unplug it. The speaker has never turned off on me, but the low-battery tones are very consistent and distracting, and the unit is basically unusable once it gets to low-battery mode because of this. So long as it's plugged in, it works great. (Original Review) Just a hair outside of the return window, so I'm stuck with it. Unit sounds GREAT. Awesome, strong speaker. Easy connections. Then the problems started. After a couple weeks started noticing some annoying static popping up when connected via Bluetooth. Gradually got worse. Tried switching it up to the Aux cord on my old iPod, fixed the static connection but can't stream anything. Pulled a USB cord to connect my phone directly, found out the USB port is not an input option, only a charging option. Finally gave up and came back to return... and I'm 4 days out of my window. Finally, a wifi speaker that has great bass an EQ and a ton of other features for under $90. I received my speaker today and I must say I'm very happy. I've bought many wifi speakers. The last one I got was the Raymate 5. It's a nice little speaker but usually list for around 80-90 bucks. There is no comparison. This speaker is awesome. Read more
