So I am not sure what system these are supposed to go with, but I bought two of them to go with the AC 200l, just because these are what I could match up for the cheapest price to pair it with the AC 200l you will need another cord which was like another $100. Customers should know that this is a good product but you will need additional products to make it work. The packaging and shipping are good. The description is poor. The type of cabling and accessories needed to complete this unit are poorly described. This doesnβt connect to an AC200L right out of the box. You will need to order another connecting cable as the one supplied wonβt work. Read more
I purchased the B210 Expansion Battery along with the AC200L Portable Generator, which is my first Bluetti Power product purchase. Both units have performed as intended. They both powered on and charged successfully to 100%. I did have a question about charging when the two units are connected together because the user manuals don't really address that scenario sufficiently. I reached out to Bluetti Power through their customer support link on their website and received a response from Anson within 24-36 hours that answered my questions. I was also able to get the 30 day price match refund within 5-7 days because the units went on sale during the Prime Day Deals. So far their customer service has been very acceptable to deal with. I love the Bluetti AC240 and it's companion battery, B210. I used to use lead acid batteries (for $/AH they are still best), and a separate MTT controller with my solar panels. I wanted a water proof and dust proof unit. These two units fit the bill. This device makes it very easy to use. It's rugged, has survive dust storms that have taken out lesser inverters, and is extremely flexible. One tip: Get some diodes and Y connectors; it's got a voltage limit and can't take 4x200 watt panels directly, but can take (2x200 panels)x2. So why the 1 star review? Corporate polices. If you buy the AC240, as much as I love this unit, you are STUCK. The B210 or B210P are no longer available; the cable connector is proprietary, and they have not published tech specs telling you how to connect any other battery in a charge/discharge configuration like the B210. You are abandoned. Here it is directly from tech support: At the moment, there are no plans to produce additional cables or compatibility options for connecting the B210 to other battery units. I genuinely understand how disappointing it can be to feel like a product you've invested in is no longer supported. This battery works well with the ac200l but please note you will need the P090D to M28 cord to connect the 2. If you order the 200L with the B210 exp battery it comes with it. One the battery was charged I attached to the 200L and it worked well with app and performed thru a couple of charges and discharges so far. Very heavy so get a cart to move around the 2 units together.I am using this combination to power 4 circuits in my home when power is out. Also note that if you run thru a transfer switch as I have you do not leave the AC200L hooked up to the grid for charging while you are powering your circuits. I like this battery for the 200L or 240 Max and would reccommend in that application. Read more
