While I have a lot of practice with prostate stim, I did have to practice a bit to get this to work. It is not a passive toy that you insert and it does all the work like a vibrator does. It requires that the user be involved in the process to get it to hit just the right spot, and you will know when you do. If you relax and flex just the right internal muscles, you will be rewarded with gentle waves of pleasant feelings. These are difficult to sustain, but the rewards are wonderful. I should have taken the other reviews more seriously regarding the mold seams being unfinished. Sharp seams from the molding process render this device unsafe for use internally in the body. I can scratch the seams with my thumbnail and am afraid to use it for risk of bodily injury. Thank you to Amazon for agreeing to a refund. I have another prostate massager of this type from Rhinios, another budget option. It's also a two piece mold, but the seams are completely smoothed. I have not yet tried the Aneros products. The seam issue aside, the shape of this device appears adequate for its intended use. The size is one of the smaller versions of this type. The size is suitable for a beginner to anal insertion, which will feel odd at first. The surface texture is more rough than typical smooth ABS plastic, but I suspect is still comfortable. I'm guessing the short "handle" post opposite the shaft is for medical staff or partnered use. I would also guess that the post would be detrimental to solo play if the user preferred a seated position. I would love to see this manufacturer improve their seam finishing process. Read more
