Just what I needed for my back days! The wide grip feels amazing and I can feel how it isolates certain muscles in my back when I do pull downs. The close grip works wonders with mid back and releases any sort of tension from the forearms. It comes with 1 silver carabiner and I bought more just so that I don’t have to interchange them every time I switch grips.
