He has Sensory Processing Disorder and this toothbrush is gentle in his gums and allowed me to brush his teeth without it hurting him. Toothbrushes appear as pictured. I ordered these to assist with thoroughness when brushing for kids demonstrating difficulty to orient their toothbrush. The three sided bristle head appears to work, however, the bristles feel very rough making them slightly uncomfortable when brushing and causing some gum irritation.
