The best massage gun I've had. Really powerful, simple to use, lighter than expected and helps my neck and shoulders feel so much better. Love the different attachments. The heat attachment gets pretty warm and feels nice. Had a wonderful experience with their customer service, the unit stopped charging and I reached out to them to start the warranty process. Definitely worth getting one if you get or have sore muscles whether from working out or injuries. I love this massager and it comes with plenty of accessories (different massage tips) to give you the massage you need. The battery life is decent and it's easy enough to charge. I didn't think I really needed the tip that does heat and cold, but it actually works really well. It's pretty amazing actually. My favorite tip is the soft(ish) ball and if you're really sore and can't take the direct impact, you can simply turn the unit to the side to reduce the amount of impact you feel. My daughter liked mine so much she bought one too. She got a slightly different model from the same manufacturer, but likes mine better (although they have almost all the same features). Update September 20, 2022: I've just increased my rating from 4 stars to 6. It's not my fault that Amazon doesn't show the last star. I called their support number late Thursday afternoon and left a message about the broken massager. Early Monday I got a call from them asking for photos, my mailing address and an order number so they could verify the sale and send me a replacement. I sent them photos and a link to this review a little later Monday. I also mentioned that if possible I'd prefer a refund since I had already bought a replacement. Monday night I got an email telling me that the refund had been sent to Amazon. When I replied late at night their time to thank them I got another reply within minutes. Some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time, especially these days when everyone is having trouble finding enough employees to get the job done. It says something good about the company that they seem to be able to keep a really good customer service team. Outstanding customer service and an outstanding product which they are willing to stand behind. Original review: This is the best massager I've found yet. It does an incredible job of breaking up tight muscles and knots. I mostly use one attachment and mostly use it on my legs and forearms but I have even used it on my head and the back of my neck. It's great for working around kneecaps and even across joints with the right attachment and pressure. For as effective as it is it's also gentler than any other I've tried. I've actually bought 4 of these now including one for a friend, one I gave away as a gift and one for me. In addition several people who tried mine bought their own, including 3 massage therapists. Until a few days ago the only complaint I had was that the battery didn't seem to have much bottom. It would last quite a while but when it got low it would go from low to dead really quickly, then it's pretty slow to charge. But now I have another complaint, and the reason I had to buy a 4th one. The handle separated from the body. It's inserted fairly deeply into a pretty solid sleeve so I don't know what went wrong. It's a very strong connection in terms of sideways force but for some reason this one came detached. Since I haven't seen other complaints about the same problem I'm going to assume it was some sort of a fluke and hope it won't happen again. It certainly hasn't happened to any of the 10 or so people I know who own and use one. I love the job it does so much that even though this one only lasted 4 or 5 months I'm buying another because I need it. I'll see about contacting them through their website and will update this review after I do. We purchased one for ourselves and one for a family member. Gentle enough for my wife/sensitive people, and moderately strong for deeper work. Good balance for a massage gun with different needs. Gun is more compact and lighter than some. Seems to be of good quality. Attachments have a thread in system, so secure. The cold/heat attachment really does both, and is my wife’s favorite! Charge time is pretty good, I’d guess more than an hour of running time on a charge. Recharging takes a few hours. The hot/cold attachment charges separately. We find this to be effective. We have used it on low back, hips/glutes, thighs/quads, legs, arms. The force is pretty good, we typically use on a lower slower setting. Amplitude is the same just a lower frequency. Has nice zipper soft case for massage gun and attachments. Check out Bob & Brad videos on YouTube too, very educational! Original unit stopped working, charging after 8 months, but contacting Bob and Brad was easy and they shipped a replacement unit which arrived in just 5 days via Amazon. At first use, this seems like a well made product and will certainly be enjoyed in our house! 1 negative - the attachment heads seem like they unscrew too easily while using the massage gun.
