The media could not be loaded. For the past several years, I have been using a microwaveable mask for heat therapy to treat both blepharitis and dry-eye syndrome. I decided to upgrade to this item for the massage functionality, and I’m glad I did! There are three levels of intensity, but for myself, I find the lowest level to be more than enough. The massage cycles through several different variations, so it’s not just a constant vibration. With the variable heat level (I use the highest one), it’s very relaxing. There is also a separate gel mask, which can be used alone as a sleep mask, or it can be chilled in the freezer and used with the massager. I tried the latter option, and it is a nice way to wake if you have 15 minutes to spare in the morning. The controls take some getting used to. There are four buttons on the front of the mask, and you have to operate them by feel, but I found that it was not nearly as difficult once I got the hang of it after a few tries. I wasn’t especially interested in the available sounds, so I don’t use that function myself. You can also channel your own music using Bluetooth. Silence is fine with me. Highly recommended overall! This is an incredible massage product and soo soothing and relaxing for the entire head. I never had an eye massage before and was curious about what to expect. I knew that a little warmth or cooling sometimes relieves eye strain and stress, but this devices does so much more. The little pressure massage feels amazing and really relieves stress and strain from my eyes, forehead and my entire body. I could just lay there and do this forever, but there is a 15 minute shut-off feature, so you won't overdo it. It's very easy to use, just push the side button for a few seconds and it turns on. All modes or changes are announced by voice over the speakers, so you always know what happened. This massager provides gentle heat to your eyes and slow pulsing pressure around the eyes and both can be adjusted to low, medium, high or off. It has speakers built in and 3 included sound/ music themes for complete independent relaxation, but you can also connect it to Bluetooth and play music from any device. The only downside is that the speakers are not of high quality and if you really care about that you may use your own headphones. It also comes with a sleeping/gel mask which can be chilled and used independently or with the device for added relaxation and relief. The device runs on internal battery which can be charged by USB-C in under 2 hours and lasts for more than 20 sessions (15 minutes each), at least I did not have to charge it yet. It comes with a little travel pouch, which protects it well, but it is a bit bulky and can easily slip out of you hand, so i suggest adding a larger string to it. I almost dropped it by accident.
