Not only is the heating pad great, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! Besides standing behind their products, this is one of the best heating pads I've ever owned. Easy to use, gets hotter than most others and I particularly love the belt so I can wrap it around my waist and it "stays" there, and the weighted part of it, so it never slides around and it feels like a "hug". I don't write a lot of reviews, but in this case, I can't say enough good things about it or the customer service. I also own their massage gun and have been very pleased with that and now I know, if I should have a problem, the company will stand behind it. However, I received it today, opened the box, plugged it in and set my heat and time preference. I was waiting for it to get warm, I kept turning the heat up a notch at a time but it was barely warm. And then it just stopped working altogether. I tried different outlets, I tried unplugging the cord from the pad and restarting it, nothing.
