This is a very nice and large heating pad. It works very well, heats up quickly and has a timer. It has six different heat levels, which is nice. I use it on my back at night. It lays flat so you can sleep on it. It has a nice long cord as well. Overall, I really enjoy using this heating pad. The company itself has excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly, and they actually listen to their customers. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Not only is the heating pad great, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I purchased this product almost a year ago and recently had a problem with it (after using it on a daily basis), so I contacted the company, inquiring whether or not it could be repaired. They advised me that it was still under warranty, and they would replace it. All I had to do was provide a picture of it and a receipt, which I did, and I had a brand new heating pad delivered to me, and a new warranty "for 2 years", IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Customer service like that is unheard of these days. If I could rate this company with ten stars, I would. Besides standing behind their products, this is one of the best heating pads I've ever owned. Easy to use, gets hotter than most others and I particularly love the belt so I can wrap it around my waist and it "stays" there, and the weighted part of it, so it never slides around and it feels like a "hug". I don't write a lot of reviews, but in this case, I can't say enough good things about it or the customer service. I also own their massage gun and have been very pleased with that and now I know, if I should have a problem, the company will stand behind it. Feels like the "good ole days", when companies stood behind their products and did the right thing by their customers. I know I will be one of their customers "for life". Love this brand. I live in MN, so I like buying from a brand created here. I tried and returned multiple heating pads and this one made the cut. I have extreme nerve pain in my arm, and this pad was soft and just weighed enough to make sure it stayed around my arm. I also have their D6 pro plus massage gun! Highly recommend! Read more

Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The new pad works well and does get warm. I like the weight of the heating pad as well now that I can use it First of all it was way smaller than I thought it would be. The material is nice and I like that the strap is detachable. However, I received it today, opened the box, plugged it in and set my heat and time preference. I was waiting for it to get warm, I kept turning the heat up a notch at a time but it was barely warm. And then it just stopped working altogether. I tried different outlets, I tried unplugging the cord from the pad and restarting it, nothing. Just got an “E1” message on the controller and it went black and wouldn’t turn on. Even though it was small I was still going to keep it for my neck but now I can’t even do that.
