This unit is of decent build quality. I just find it tricky to use and of limited use. It gets the sides of your neck pretty good, but may not be tight enough for lender necks. My neck is average for a guy and I wish it itgravmbbed a bit more. It Aldo dkest Co much for the center if the neck, when I need to get the muscles at T the very base of my skull, in the center. Moving it down, trying to get my shoulders, it kinda works, but doesn't reach far enough to get my worst knots, which is around the too of my scapula, tough near my actual shoulders. Trubg to move it down to your back like Bob and Brad show their previous product in a video on YouTube is very difficult because the device doesn't stay put. The only way I've been able to do it is start on my lower back and try to move it up my back instead of from my neck down, and I have to be sitting on a couch or something to help guide it up. It does kind of work but it's a difficult to use. I will try and see if this works on my mom because she has a bit different neck and shoulder pain than I do. If it works, great! If not I'll probably return it cuz or else it's just going to sit in a drawer. Read more

This works relatively well, with strong action. It's large tho,prob with a good motor, so it can be hard to hold where you want it. I use it sitting on the couch so i can lean back on it. The unit is a bit heavy, so it slides if you arent actively using the straps, so the couch helps. Can be painful-sometimes reversing the direction helps on my neck so the balls dont dig or squeeze too hard. Heat is great. Just know it is big and a bit heavy,but works well. I may look at the full back massage pad so i dont have to hold this but it is good for targeting areas, even on legs. I also like a massage gun for that but cant reach my back by myself. Bob&Brad seem to have good customer service over other brands with none, so i buy from them. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Just received this in the mail today and pulling it out of the box you can already tell it's a nicely made product. The leather feels really soft and the stitching quality seems great around the massager and the handles. I really like the additional strap that you put on around your back so that you don't need to constantly hold the massager onto your neck. It does a really good job hitting that pinch spot between my neck and my traps and having buttons to add/change the heat and intensity are nice additional features to have. This massager is a MUST if you have a job where you sit a lot! It's not overly noisy or makes any annoying sounds either so I don't think your spouse or coworkers would be bothered if you were using it around them. I bought the Bob and Brad foot massager. No heat. Returned it for another one. No heat but kept it anyway because of the massage... but if it stops, I am returning it. I bought the Bob and Brad neck massager. It stopped working within less than a month. I returned it for another one. On the second one, the control buttons are off, not where they should be but it worked for 5 weak massages. Everything seems loose. The first time I used the second neck massager, the balls moved out of their designated area into the back part by one inch. Bob and Brad advertise such a great product but FOUR, all FOUR are manufacturing faults. Im returning the 2nd neck massager. Ugh. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased this massager when I had a pinched nerve in my neck about a year and a half ago. It made a tremendous difference in my neck mobility, and when I developed neck stiffness this last month after some intensive gardening, the massager came to my rescue again. As some reviewers have noted, it's a bit heavy and unwieldy, but I think the weight helps keep it in place. Leaning back against the sofa while it's doing its thing also helps. The design is also useful for targeting the mid and lower back, as well as calves and quads. I hope that the store brings back this model, as it's apparently been discontinued. Read more
