I've been buying the simple disney panties for my daughter for the past two years since she potty trained. They always stretch out so quickly, some of them are already stretched out after the first wash. I've been searching for better quality panties that dont have the simple ruffle elastic on the waist and legs and I found these. They're great! These seem like well made underwear. I've bought and returned unused kids underwear from Old Navy, Gap, Cat and Jack, and Hanes, because the material felt think or the elastic felt cheap. These are nice and thick, and the elastic bands are sturdier feeling (we previously had Hanes, and they lasted a year before all the elastic started fraying). The patterns are cute. I bought 3 sets in 5/6, and there are definitely significant variations in size. They all fit my 4 YO, but some are looser than others. I did notice that the fabric wasn't as soft and had faded a bit already with the 2nd wash, but since then, they seem to have stabilized and have been washed multiple times without significantly decreasing in quality. I with they had more gender neutral patterns, since my child isn't into unicorns/fairies/princesses. Or that the sets came in themes, like all animals, or all insects. Read more
