This chair came with some assembly required. I found a video on YouTube and was able to follow it and put it together in less than 30 minutes. I was adjusting it for height and when I tried to adjust the armrests (they are moveable) I realized the right one wouldn't budge. I found the customer service email and wrote them a note explaining my dilemma. I got a response within the hour, sent them the requested serial number and I had a replacement armrest in hand within 3 days. And the personal service was unbelievable! For years I searched for the same type of chair I had before I lost my job in 2002. I read reviews until my eyes and patience ran out. Then I found this one. I chose this Sola LT ergonomic because it fit every category I wanted. It's comfortable enough on which to sit for hours. It isn't too tall for 5' height. The seat tilts to accommodate my chunky thighs. It's quiet and rolls smoothly and it's heavy so it won't tip over. So far, I haven't found one thing to disappoint me. As a senior on a fixed income I cannot afford to waste money on a product that will only last a year or two. This chair is well worth the price paid. I have no doubt this will last a long time. *Note: I did not install the arms on my chair. Nothing wrong with them...its me. If I have arms I will lean on them too much. Without the arms I will sit up straighter. So totally a personal preference. I recently started a new remote job. Love working from home but my body started barking. I had the ah ha moment where I realized when I worked on site my knees and back were ok. Enter in the chair model I used at my former job. Amazing!!! Being able to fully adjust to my needs (especially the seat depth) and the seat type that unconsciously guides my legs to a neutral position and is wide enough for me (5'4" 170). I bought this chair through Amazon as a Prime member, so I assumed I was dealing with just your average product reseller. When I decided this chair wasn't the right fit for me, I arranged for a return through Amazon, expecting a shipping label and little else. Instead, the Body Build company called me and personally assessed my issues and needs to replace this chair with one that is more compatible with me, then the rep drove it out to me himself to make the exchange. So impressed!! To elaborate on the chair I returned, I would like to say there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it would probably work well for most people. Unfortunately, I deal with a chronic neck issue from an old injury, plus my torso is very long making standard lumbar hit too low for me. I was hoping, since this chair has adjustable lumbar, it would work, but it was still just a tiny bit too low. It takes a special chair to live up to my needs, so I wasn't surprised when I didn't get right on the first try. I purchased this chair about a month ago. it arrived on time. I put it together that took me about 5 minutes. Then I realized the chair is too high for me. I'm 5'9 and checked all those reviews but I guess everybody has different body structure. So make sure you measure your leg in your sitting position and pick the right size for you. I didn't think of that. I called them up I told the lady who was very polite that I'd like the quality of the chair but it's a little bit too high for me in the lowest position ( my feet are not completely on the ground). She gave me a number of the person who is a representative in my state and he would come to my house and pick up the chair or exchange it to something else. He was also willing to bring a few example to see which one would fit. That was awesome because it saved me from going to the ups store with a 90 pound box.
